Connecting creator investment to ecommerce and store traffic.

A national omnichannel retailer needed one holiday creator program to support ecommerce sales and physical store traffic. I joined the work midstream with a fixed creator budget and a short window to identify, onboard, and activate the right partners.

Primary result
More than $2M in attributable revenue, nearly 7x ROAS, and more than 1M tracked store visits.

The challenge

The campaign had two commercial jobs. It needed to generate online sales and give people a reason to visit stores. A creator could be strong at product discovery without driving immediate conversion, or strong at ecommerce without changing store behavior. The plan needed to separate those jobs instead of judging every partner by one signal.

My role

I led creator strategy through an embedded partnerships role. I owned the selection logic, content direction, partner activation approach, timing, and performance optimization.

The decisions I made
FIT

Selected creators using conversion history, audience fit, engagement quality, and real interest in the retailer's product categories.

JOB

Changed guidance by platform and commercial need, so content could support product discovery, ecommerce conversion, and store visits without forcing every creator into the same format.

SHIFT

Used trackable links, creator-specific codes, app data, and live monitoring to shift support toward the partners and formats producing stronger results.

Three creators delivered more than 10x ROAS.

The retailer retained nearly two-thirds of the creators for future work.

Why this matters

Creator programs can influence more than one commercial behavior when the plan gives those behaviors separate attention. This page is relevant to retail and integrated marketing teams trying to connect creator investment to ecommerce revenue, order value, store visits, and a stronger long-term roster.
