Turning expert relationships into a role-based influence program

Approved in the brand turnaround plan

Expanded across the portfolio

The problem

The company had trusted products and long-standing professional relationships, but those relationships did not yet add up to a program. Senior authorities, digital educators, and emerging professionals were being treated too similarly even though their credibility worked differently.

What I changed

I separated the expert groups by the job each could do best, distinguished professional education from consumer guidance, and built a repeatable sequence for listening, training, equipping, activating, and amplifying.

What happened

The company gained an above-brand platform it could develop over several years.
