Building patient education that could stay human and move through review

The problem

The company was using patient creators in this category for the first time. The content needed to feel useful to a close-knit community while giving medical, legal, and regulatory reviewers enough structure to evaluate it.

What I changed

I selected patient partners by the educational role their stories could play, built flexible talking-point boundaries before filming, and used format and language performance to shape the next phase.

What happened

Engagement and video performance beat relevant benchmarks, and the program expanded from three patient partners to nine.
