What I changed

I rebuilt the audit around revenue, conversion, average order value, cost per order, category authority, and fixed-fee risk, then used those factors to decide where support belonged.

What happened

The targeted period produced stronger efficiency and order quality despite lower traffic than the peak seasonal window.
